We accept returns from unworn and unwashed merchandise given that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that has all original Mila Grey tags attached for store credit only.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or other product stains will NOT be refunded and will be donated. Items can be shipped back to you on your own shipping expense.
Mila Grey is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following the proper washing instructions indicated on the clothing label.
Please email email@example.com with your order number, and the item(s) you wish to return prior to shipping. A notice of return verification will be sent back at which time you may place items in mail to ship back. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed.
We do not pick up returns being held by your shipping carrier due to insufficiently paid postage and may result in your return being ineligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit within 5 business days.
Due to the constant change in online inventory, we do not offer exchanges. If you purchased a size or style that did not work, please return the item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
All sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable. They will not be accepted as a return.
If you feel you have received the wrong item or defective merchandise, please let us know within 3 days from the date of delivery so we can correct the error.
